Thanks for taking over August posting for TBWA socials! I appreciate it and can’t wait to see what cute stuff you get up to. Here’s a little briefing below to make sure things and super clear

✅ Step 1: Finalise the three post concepts

⏰ Deadline: Have approved post concepts by 10 July

• We need three posts.
  • Concepts Esra prefers: BTS in agency/projects, hot takes, gathering opinions, vlogs
  • Lower priority (but still good content): trend-based, carousel/image-based
  • Inspo: our IG page, their page, or this deck
• Write up each idea succinctly and send it to Esra for approval.

📸 Step 2: Create the content / edits

⏰ Deadline: Get all three pieces ready before the end of the month (in this case, July) so it’s easier to review everything in one go.

• CapCut login
• Once content has been approved, go ahead—film and edit. Please use our mic.
• Editing notes: (please refer to our recent posts too)
  • Edit everything first (feel free to add memes or commentary where needed). Add captions as the final step.
  • Captions: Inter SB, -1 (character/line setting), size 10, add shadow (black)
    • Move a little higher to avoid the
  • Annotation text: yellow
  • Music: use CapCut (TBWA has a business account, so they can’t use trending sounds)
• For each post, write a snappy and fun caption (as this is a collaborative post, write it for people who don’t know the agency).

💬 Step 3: Sharing and feedback

• First: share videos + captions with Phoebe/Jess (for final tweaks).
• Second: share with Esra, including when you plan to post.
• Action the feedback each time please.
